How to Extend the Life for Sharp BT-N1 Camcorder Battery?

Allow the BT-N1 battery to fully discharge. When a camcorder signals that the battery is low, the first reaction is to charge it right away. Not allowing the battery to fully discharge before it is recharged can actually shorten its lifespan.
